HAER Prep offers mobile services, even in emergencies. Mobile DC Notary Public services are provided to the general public, however, we also serve the sick, shut-in, visually/sight/hearing/vocally/audio impaired, differently-abled, disabled, and seniors, as well as to accommodate the needs of other clients who may not have transportation to receive these services. 

I'm also an ordained minister in good standing, permanently registered with the District of Columbia Marriage Bureau. Emergency Elopements can be arranged pending that the couple has the appropriate documentation.
